Currently, I work as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care Unit at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx NY, where I care for high-acuity patients, including those who are ventilator-dependent, cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory compromise, and post-ICU patients. This experience has strengthened my clinical judgment and ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced acute-care environment. I perform comprehensive patient assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, IV therapy, and electronic documentation using Epic. I also work closely with physicians, nurses, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

My nursing experience is further supported by many years of working in healthcare and patient support. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, I worked in healthcare customer care, patient access, and patient support programs involving oncology and chronic disease patients. These experiences allowed me to develop strong communication, patient education, coordination, and organizational skills while working closely with patients, nurses, physicians, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.

I am ready to continue learning, developing my clinical skills, and taking on new challenges in my nursing career. I believe that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, safe, and cared for, especially during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
